As an instructor at Pellissippi State I teach all the courses required for the Building Performance Analyst Certification. Phillip Henderson was one of my students and I cannot express enough the insight and knowledge Mr. Henderson provided to our class concerning structural and mechanical aspects of a building. Mr. Henderson scored perfectly in all areas of building science during the two week training course work and was my highest level performer in the field test.

After we contacted your company we were pleased to find not only did you have over 30 years of inspection experience, but that you could accommodate the unusual hours that we preferred. We first met Phillip Henderson and staff when we commissioned Tennessee Building Inspections to inspect a seemingly great investment, commercial property in 2016. They uncovered some hidden structural flaws and we have saved ourselves from potentially a very bad investment. Since then, we’ve worked with Phil on four properties, which we successfully closed on with assurance for the strength of each investment that we could not have gauged without Phil’s reports & input. Each time, we were met with the same professionalism, enthusiasm, and individualized attention. They understand that time is of the essence in all real estate transactions and is timely with both scheduling the inspection and producing the report. His staff are equipped with the latest technologies , though they are not afraid to get their hands dirty too, climbing and crawling into spaces that isn’t visible off the street; we never question whether an item has been left unchecked. With each inspection, Phil has personally followed up with us to go over the report and to answer our questions. We are very grateful for his thorough, candid perspective, and look to no one else!
