My Promise to You

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult.  Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. As you can see from my personal and company bio , we offer the best in each of these categories. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work.  Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort and experience. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.

Dear Mr. Henderson,

I just wanted to send a note telling you how much I appreciate the time and expertise you gave on the home inspection you performed for me. You were very thorough and knowledgeable in every area.

i wanted you to know that I did purchase the house you inspected for me. I realized there was much to be done, however, it appeared that most was cosmetic and manageable repairs. Your report confirmed this and also provided a basis with which to make an offer. I feel the inspection inspired the seller to accept my offer.

Dear Phil ,

Thanks for getting the inspection done in such a timely fashion. It was good to find out where the problems were with the house, and definitely made us feel better about purchasing the home. We were just informed that Alcoa (Owner of the home) is having the foundation problems fixed prior to closing !

Again, thanks for your professional promptness in this matter.

Dear Mr. Henderson,

Once again thanks for your services, you do a great job! We are closing on the 19th , I feel comfortable with this home. They had to replace the compressor on the heat pump.

Sincerely

Dear Phil ,

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased my husband and I were with your services. When we found ourselves in need of an inspector to work with we pulled from several sources; real estate agent, personal references, and the yellow pages.

After we contacted your company we were pleased to find not only did you have prior experience with 100 year old homes, but that you could accommondate the unusual hours that our client preferred.

We really appreciate the information you exchanged with us on site during the inspection. Your attention to detail was excellent ! We also appreciated your suggestions of how we could possibly resolve problems.

If we are ever in need of inspection services or have any recommendations solicited from us we will be sure to send them your way.

Thanks again,

Dear Phil ,

I wanted to thank you for your help with our house in Eagle Glen. With new construction there is so much to keep up with. I am very happy with my decision to hire you to inspect the construction of our house. Your report pointed out several areas that need attention. with your help we will have a well built home. it is always a good idea to hire a professional inspector like yourself to give the home owner piece of mind.

Again, thank you for all your help. I would recommend you to anyone. We will be sure to tell all our friends about your services.

I started using Phil in 1997 when we started offering rural development loans at our mortgage company. The loans require the home meet specific minimum standards of the Tennessee Rural Housing Development Agency. Over the years Phil performed hundreds of these inspections for me.

The service Phil provided required extensive knowledge of older housing and the TRHA requirements and he was extremely helpful in his inspections. If the home did not meet requirements he was instrumental in showing what could be done to the satisfaction of the loan.

When I needed an inspection for the two homes I've purchased there was only one person to call.  I would recommend Phil for any home purchaser.
